Ma'am , My daughter got foot and mouth infection where she got rashes on her hands and legs in October 22 , After that she started hearing problem her right ear was completely blocked and went to pediatrician and they have given syrup and it was clear for some time and then again she has got the same problem .so we went to ENT and they cleaned her ears wax and and given syrup and she was alright. Whenever she gets cold she has the hearing problem . Now her left ear also has the same issue and ENT said it will go off . Please advise

@@asktoanamika he is just 3 days in hospital doctor perform a normal hearing check placing machine the pediatrician noted that the right ear of the baby has passed the test but the left ear doing multiple time the test was failed . Doctor advised us to wait for 4 weeks and consultant an ent and later see what outcome comes...

Yes, its too early to conclude anything. Donot panic.. go for recheck and perform BERA. Till that time, talk to the child at the fullest. Watchout my video on neonatal hearing check
