Sounds like what happened to me a little bit. My dad kidnapped me from my mom when I was just born (in Prague, Czech Republic)traveled around Europe and eventually i ended up in a Swedish foster care. They got in contact with my grandparents from Canada and said we have your granddaughter. My dad and I got shipped to Canada where my grandparents took custody of me, my dad was put into jail/getting psychiatric tests done. And we couldn’t get my mom to Canada until I was 3. I look back at photos of that time when I was gone, my grandma had flown to Prague to be with my mother. She looked so terribly depressed and hollow in every photo. I remember seeing her at the airport when I was 3 for the first time. I didn’t recognize her... I couldn’t feel “love” I actually hated visiting her growing up because I simply did not get to bond with her from infancy to 3. We have an amazing relationship now. Not typical but I love her to death. And my dear grandparents for raising me at 55.

Did she do a DNA test on the child. She stated she didn't recognize the child. There is a possibility he could have given her a child that wasn't even hers example from orphanage etc. He seems well connected and lots of $$$ so anything is possible. Her family is amazing helping her every step of the way.

My heart broke down seeing this happened to you. This the strongest confirmation i had through a person I don't even know, so I wanna thank you to openly talking about this so that we all women can learn from your experience, Sam . I live in Bali where so many foreigners come from all around the world , although foreigners look so handsome and cool even with their heavy loaded backpack but I've always been very tough not to buy their behaviour trying to attract the attention from such a local girl like me. I am a friendly person but when it comes to a man, I will be very easy to be suspicious , besides a girl like me is naturally shaped by local culture, ethic codes and family value that can help me to always remember who I am, not to be easy and cheap in front of a man

Wouldn't it have been crazy if he switched the children and that wasn't really Sebastian? She didn't DNA test the kid. Daniel seemed crazy enough to do that. I would have gotten a DNA test as soon as I got that baby back. Daniel seems too crazy!

If you look up his name a bunch of stuff comes up. Even looking at his art gives you some insight on how crazy this guy is. Crazy how her family lost almost all their money, meanwhile I see he's got paintings up for sale going for more than 50k.

SG G get a US lawyer. Courts still don’t take kindly to a mother losing her child. If you need help, then hit me back up and I will see what friends I have in the state he is in. You may have to come to the states to fight it. Hopefully you have been trying to see your child in the last 7 years. You got to document every effort you have made. Good luck, may God be with you.

I ain't sympathetic yet. I need to hear both sides. This is why most people feel compassion for the person's side that they heard from. If you're only gonna listen to one side of the story, then I could kill someone by simply accusing them of murder. Also, Daniel had a psychological disorder which can be excused just as long as he gets help. Secondly, if we heard Daniel's side, we wouldnt be as swayed as most people in this comment section are.

Heeheehahaha, how old are you? Of course he isn't the same baby, they're all actors. I'm hoping you didn't think (haha) that there was a camera crew all along, following everyone around- even before anything bad happened. But even if you knew it was a recreation with the original people, how did they go back in time and film the baby as a newborn? How did they get Daniel to agree to do this? Maybe he felt bad for what he did and agreed to make a movie as a penance?

That guy love-bombed her to win her over. Never marry a guy you have only known while on vacation. Vacations are not real life, and don’t allow you to know a person in normal day-to-day life. Anyone can be on their best behaviour for six months, or even a year. Why are people in such a rush to get married to someone they hardly know?

Is the boy really Sebastian? She couldn't even recognize him. I would have had a dna test done just to make sure since this psyopath is capable of anything even handing over any child just to get rid of her & her family. Good thing she got out of this alive & hopefully with her real son. Lesson learned....don't run away with someone you just met in Mexico & no less, in a bar.... bad idea 🤔
