Miss T, I always use the Barilla NO BOIL lasagna noodles! A game changer! You skip the boiling part and the noodles never break apart and always look so perfect and pretty. And, you dont have to worry about handling hot noodles! They bake in the oven and taste just like the ones you have to boil first! Merry Christmas!

Now this is the content I'm used to from this channel! The lasagna pasta was overcooked. Most recipes say kind of undercook them and they're much easier to lay flat when layering. They'll finish cooking while baking. 💯🙏🏾

It was rhe pepperoni that made it greasy thats all it still looks delicious and the noodles was too done cook them all dente and they will cook the rest of the way when you bake it

Soulful, you can make Alfredo sauce, let it firm in the fridge, and use that as a substitute for ricotta. My kids never liked ricotta either, but they love it this way 😊

Try bechamel instead of ricotta if you have family who don't like ricotta. It tastes delicious and very authentic Italian.

The noodles didn't matter whether together or in pieces once the lasagna bakes up, looked great. Like your other people in the comments, I went to the no bake noodles years ago. They are much easier by saving a step, and taste just as good if not better.
