Hi Anja, absolutely your best village ever. Maybe I am wrong but I had the impression it is also the biggest one. Porse family is so talented in building Christmas Villages. All the different levels, going up and down multiple times, makes the perfect realistic village. Dynamic, lively and with an impeccable use of space. Carving the cobblestones in to the Styrofoam gives a wonderful result. I will definitely steal your technique for my 2023 village. I can't help but bow before your creation.

Nice village, and a good sized one too. I usually put one up where I work, the people like it there. I like that there is some action in the village like the skaters and the windmill. Have you considered putting in a train? Just an idea, but it looks good!

I've got abot 46 buildings. Lemax buildings are mainly in the 1/64 to 1/48 range.

Yes I use hot glue sticks to glue the ski's on. And it's easy to remove.

I started making this village on the 19th of June. And just finished it the 1st of November. It takes a long time to make things and the details. All I did was looking at other people's villages, then get some ideas, and try to make it. Just keep trying. This my 4th village I've had. If you look at my others villages that I made, they had gotten better. I thought that my village that I made this year wasn't as good as last year one. But I've had so many views and likes, with my Christmas Village 2022.

Well here in Australia I by my stuff through Sally's Christmas or on Amazon. Things I buy on ebay. I've got some new stuff, for my next year through Holyart. But what I do, i watch other people Christmas Village and I watch them and get ideas from them. I hope this will help you. 😊

I WILL NEVER BUY ANY MORE PIECES FROM LEMAX …..they have the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. One piece I had bought last year (only used for approx. a week last season) worked for one evening this year and then just stopped working. They want me to pay to send THIER DEFECTIVE PRODUCT back to them……which basically means that I have to spend $30 above and beyond what the original retail cost was for that item (which I also paid to have shipped last year) just to get a replacement for their defective product that SHOULD have lasted a lifetime of seasonal usage!!!!
