MY CHRYSLER 300 HELLCAT BUILD - EXPLAINED (MUST WATCH!)

Hey Guys!
Thank you for watching my first official KZbin Video!
After 7 long months, I was able to build a car that was never offered to us to buy here in the US. Now, I am sharing my experience to the world.
In this video, I tried my best to all questions I've been getting asked on my Instagram and explain in detail the process for whoever is interested in building a Hellcat 300 themselves.

This is honestly clean asf. And it’s super different. I wish they would’ve offered this as a version from the factory, because I agree with you, if possible, I’d take this over a charger/challenger. Hate that they discontinued these, the new ones are very nice.

I like this build because it shows dedication and how easy things fit on this platform. It makes you think if they actually thought about making a 300 hellcat for production but cancelled it. I will say how nice the car is 55-60k spent isn’t ideal for a person who wants a hellcat unless you work on cars yourself. 16’ 300 hellcat money can get you a 19’ or 20 hellcat for that price.

Well worth the view and subscription! Dad + Brothers mechanics in the 80's 90's and 00's and you're right! Prices are from someone with an inside network and knowledge of mechanical work and body fab/manipulation. Newbies, just buy New or second hand otherwise your tyres will fall off and you'll have an ornament light next to the speedo lol

Honestly, what you spent to build this. If Chrysler DID offer it, I believe you came out ahead. 80-90k off a lot, for sure. I have a 2012 srt 300. That was 60k itself upon release.

This car will definitely be $90k to start if Chrysler sold it. They would likely offer it in Redeye grade since it is a luxury car.

I'm with you on keeping it clean. The rear, especially from the Wing down on my Hemi 300 was constantly dirty. Well, I just got worse cause I traded in my 300 for a 2020 White Charger Hellcat Widebody and man, now everything from the rear doors South goes to hell in a hand basket. I can't count how many times I've washed this car since I bought it. NGL, I miss the 300 cause I love the way they look, especially in S Trim. And my color selection is just like yours; but mine was Pearl White. Then Red and then Silver. I wish that FCA would have dropped the Hellcat in the 300; but knew that I had no chance, so I got desperate and picked up 786Kitty... in White with the Gloss Black Roof. Love the car. Gotta go, thing is dirty and I gotta pump her out for work tomorrow. LOL

No sound for the first minute took out my air pods put them in the charger disconnected it connected them back on played the video still no sound closed out the app came back to video still no sound started getting curious and annoyed opened a different video they sound worked came back to this video and skipped to ten minutes then found sound there only to realize there’s no sound in the first minute 😂

Absolutely love the car, I just bought an 06 300c and I love it, it definetely isnt a hellcat tho. They still do make 300s tho, theyre back for 2021, which I was surprised about as well. Hopefully they dont just kill it off, a refresh would be awsome. 300 over a charger any day.

Awesome car man! I have a black 2014 SRT 392 Chrysler 300 and I love it! I just wish it had the 8 speed. Did you just use the panel and shift knob from the 300s? I would love to eventually put the 8 speed in my car. I don’t need the 700hp. After a magnaflow exhaust and a Dyno tune with HP tuners, it makes about 450 wheel which I’m quite happy with. But it would be so much better with the 8 speed 👍

Newest Hellcats are $180,000 NZD The engine new, tranny and the frame work needed to improve the 300c, To be prepared for the new power, Is less than $40,000 NZD I'm not paying $140,000 NZD, For interior lol Wish I was in the States TBH... Don't even get me started on our wacky computer prices, Ill get multiple aneurisms

Nice build but for 60-65k you can get a brand new wide body hellcat with 0 miles and be faster and have a warranty on everything or for half that price build up a 5.7 300 with a 1000hp motor

Insurance is higher but as long it’s registered modified I think it should pay out

Better check first before an event happens. Insurance cos (icos) can't legally restrict what you invest as a "hobby", but unless you insure for "stated/agreed" value, you may be severely disappointed at time of loss. Your car is too new to qualify for stated/agreed value. Most state laws allow icos to set values, by using market value based on "similar vehicle" condition prices, etc., and then determine if your car is a "total loss" from a collision. Your investment has nothing to do with similar vehicle valuation, in the eyes of the icos. You may see a miniscule allowance for above average condition, but that is NOTHING compared to your expenditure. Just went through this process with a 2007 300 that I turned to mechanical/body/paint perfect condition with typical custom goodies, $$$$$, and then totaled...so devastating. Any 2007 300 is worth so little in the icos eyes. Expensive lesson learned.

I got a 2019 Chrysler 300 S AWD in the metallic white and I have every option possible the sunroof the spoiler the same bumper you have but with the led fog lights. I really want to swap mine to a SRT hellcat. I was about to buy a charger hellcat and trade my 300 in but the 300 looks so much better if you ask me.
