One thing i notice, you should set a 30m or 8 hour rally on a barbarian fort, so you dont get frenzy, and send all your t1,2 and 3 and even some t4 seige in it to get them all out of your city and not filling hospital or taking bad trades. But good job brotha 👌

Siege units take an special place in hospitals, they don't overflow troops capacity

No it's not, he could have just healed with very minimal deads and made them go on for much longer. Because his health was super low and when it reaches zero you have a opportunity to heal.
