That's the hair braider's cousin and it's the teenager's choice, (or her parent's) to have her hair cut. Sometimes, if you want to achieve certain styles, you just allow the hair that is there to remain until you switch up. The teen could also just do hot oil treatments, but that's solely her choice. Either way, I am sure all involved already know. ✌🏽.
