What is best for beginners oil based or wax based pencils?

@MsMichele16 Hi!!! That really all depends on you. Many oil based pencils have harder lead and wax based typically have a softer lead. Some people like the Prismacolor Premier colored pencils (wax based) because they press hard when they color and it doesn't hurt your hands. Thanks for watching ☺️ 💕
