I seem to remember the original Sanford Prismacolor pencils were in a color-by-number set. I’m pretty sure. It would’ve been circa 1970.

I resent my parents for home schooling me. Missed out on so much and will never get to have the typical high-school experience like all my friends I didn't have until college.

I’m sorry you feel that way. My children have never expressed that they resent me at all for being homeschooled. I have two of four of my children who were homeschooled all the way through and they’re both happy thriving adults. There are many different ways to homeschool. My children were with other children quite a lot and my son had the opportunity to start college at only 15 years old and graduated with an Associates degree a year ago and is doing well for himself. Everyone is different.

Homeschooling can definitely been a challenge. It was a huge commitment for over 20 years. I’ve graduated a couple of my children already. My younger son is now in school and loves it. It took up all of my time and I was able to start this channel when my 17 year old graduated from high school. Homeschooling brings so many opportunities for our children. Merry Christmas!

I too have a sunny yellow painted little dedicated art room/studio. A large window, 2 handmade tables made for me by my hubby, shelves, lil nook/closet(with a curtain covering) 4 walls, lol! Love your space!! Thanks for sharing

I’m so glad you enjoyed the video. That eyeglass holder is from a pattern from quite a while ago. I’m sure it is most likely discontinued by now. I will have to check and see if it says on the holder what pattern it is, but as far as I know I don’t think they put that on their products.

Thank you. Ava Browne isn’t the same company as Jade Sunmer or Coloring Book Cafe. I’ve worked with all of them and they’re all separate and their own companies. The only thing in common is that that are several artists that are hired to create the art for the coloring books under one company name.

POKEMON FAN HERE!! I play, primarily, Pokemon GO but I love all things Pokemon. For the game, I am team instinct and have a decal of Zapdos (the team bird) on my back window. I gotta steal your coloring book storage idea though. I don't have the same shelf space but I am looking at a shelf I can put my most used coloring books on for MUCH easier access than I have now. LOL

Love Pokemon! All my coloring book storage is from IKEA. I don't remember if I mentioned it in the video. I love having most of my books behind closed door because it makes the room look so much more organized and neater.

I think you did but heck, I don't remember either. LOL. I have a small bookcase left at the house I bought and, oddly enough, EVERY coloring book fit in it. Including my two swatchbooks. Not my handmade one though. Ran out of room. hahaha. I will have to go to Ikea and get a second one for the room. WHERE to put it!?!? Who knows. I am maxed out on space.. BUT I bet I can squeeze something in for future coloring books. LOL

Hi I was asking you about the price of the ink for your printer. But also I was wondering does the ink get smeared on your paper. I’m assuming it doesn’t because you printed out the picture of the bunny you did in intense ink. I’m confused about buy a printer and I want to for my coloring pages

I believe I pay $18.99 for the black ink if I get the smaller package. You can also buy a larger package but that one is almost double the cost. The ink last for quite a while and it must be waterproof because, yes, I did use the Derwent intense and I printed that page right from that same printer.

The prismas that you showed that say lightfast are the pencils they discontinued quite a few years ago….they came in a 48 set and all the pencils are truly lightfast…dont know why they discontinued them….i have several sets of them and if you would like a set, i could send them to you after christmas…just private message me and let me know….:)

Hi Mary, I had done a little bit of research and I know that they were discontinued. I purchased those for my children years ago when I was homeschooling when they were much younger. I bought them from a company called rainbow resource. I really had no idea what I was purchasing at that time. Apparently I didn’t purchase the full set or maybe I did and some just went missing.
