Those angles are mad scary bro. You need to get them addressed asap. I did 3 inch spindles and maxed out the stock keys on my 02 Yukon and the alignment was only slightly off.

You go with new front end part get the Mevotech Ttx. There’s everything from ball joints to tie rod ends and they are heavy duty. They make moog parts look like complete garbage.

Do not get moog upper controls arms moogs are factory replacement arms they are made the factory specs you need after market arms for lifts they are longer and they also rotate the ball upwards to sit flat even if the control itself is at an angle

That screw keeps the rotor from falling off while on the assembly line. You don't need to put it back however it's not a bad thing to do so.

What's up buddy awesome Tahoe you want to get that suspension right go BDS Suspension and shocks need to throw you up a dual stabilizer wouldn't hurt to think about some big brakes to stop them rims I do lift kits and suspension work at Spicer Automotive and four-wheel drive BDS and Moog is some of the best suspension components I've ever installed as far as being durable and looks check us out on Facebook or just go to Spicer Automotive 4 wheel drive Center Rock Springs Georgia 👍👌

This is what happens when you over crank the torsion keys too much... bump stops there for a reason... even with new control arms and ball joints with the 2 degrees of camber your angles are still gonna be terrible... do your homework and spend the money and do it right other wise you will be paying more in the end for broken parts

You got it... I had a 02 silverado with keys and bigger shocks Rancho 5000X and 1.5in lift blocks in the rear to be exact... I had to replace upper and lower ball joints within a year because of the terrible angles... I did put the Moog upper control arms with 2 degrees of camber to correct the angle as much as possible but in the end your front end is still gonna wear faster... a full lift is the way to go cost more but last longer...

IChris Mckirgan I’ve decided with mine i’m just gonna do a 6” lift. i’ve talked with a few shops and finally I talked with a guy who’s worked in a shop that just closed recently. He said just do the 6” so I don’t stress any of my current suspension out. He said if I stack a spindle on keys to reach 5” i’ll just have to replace my whole front end in 4-5 months
