This was such a heartfelt story of not just Jocelyn becoming fully her authentic self, but holding to what she knows her self to be, when her father came to get her. He did not embrace his new daughter, he just shunned her, holding back. Despite this, what could have been disruptive at that point, Jocelyn held firm letting it slide off her back and went to pack her stuff to go home, as she had to take care of the house, while Mom was in the hospital recovering from her accident. Jocelyn still holding firm to her femininity while doing everything that was necessary around the house, she never wavered once, even in the face of her father's comments in the beginning days of being home and wondering why she wasn't dressing as Josh. Jocelyn remained her true self. The father started to soften and began seeing the most wonderful and beautiful young woman blossoming right before his eyes. " WOW" again so amazing with insightful takeaways. So thought-provoking, so raw and so real, ripping off the scars of emotions as father and daughter bonds grow into a welcoming embrace of love that transcends across-the-board of possibilities as Jocelyn's fathers acceptance prevails, shes no longer Josh the son, but now his daughter, his child, his life blood again. The take away for me in this part 5 is: Despite want one faces in their transformative female journey while embracing their most authentic beautiful feminine self as they were always meant to be, they must always present and hold on to that femininity without waivering, because it's that waivering that is the weakness being triggered in people's minds, showing that you are not serious about your transition, so as to falter, is to loose, you must always stand your ground and embrace your womanhood as this is truly you! I’m glad Jocelyn‘s dad did not force her to go back to her old cell and she embraced the role of a person that she was in a home but I want to be clear just because she cleaned the house and took care of her dad and mom that is not a just a woman’s job. There are so many men that believe that but I believe if you’re having a relationship with someone it should be equal work around the houseman and wife and daddy and daughter daughter needs to take care of what she needs to take care of in the home and daddy should take care of what he needs to take care and she’s needs to take care of mom And I hope she fully transitions with mom’s help
