@@najiawabridges4878 a whole diffences, Bun bo hue has the beef broth include: beef, beef bone, sautée, lemongrass, onion, pineapple, shrimp paste and spices. The broth taste savory, spicy and smelly. If u have bun bo hue before pho, pho will be nothing to you. The taste very addictive. In contrast, pho has pure taste, light and smell at ease. The pho broth include: beef bone, grill onion and ginger, cardamon, cinnamon, star anise, coriander root, etc i cant remember. The pho broth is like some kind of medicine, it very good for your hangover or if u sick just get pho 🤤 thats enough

First time trying Bun bo hue was when I worked at a vietnamese restaurant. Some customers ordered it and it just smelled like beefy fish sauce. Changed my life, never had a bowl of pho since. Always order Bun bo hue with cubed blood.🤤🤤🤤
