I got a friend here in SA he mistaken find himself in a fraud when he tried to explain about everything he didn't succeed , He's a foreigner also so they give him fine but this record still there since 2010 he tried everything to cancel it cause he want permanent resident so he can't.it not easy. Empty road or not that speed is too much. Luckily nothing didint happen. You took an risk and it didint pay off. I recomend to step back for moment and measure is that same risk worth taking again in future. Finn or not, in this contry people have to take responcebility of theyr actions but on the otherhand we allso get decent amount of freedom to balance it out. Rules are rules and they work when people respects them. Lets hope next time goes beter so it dosent even need to happen. 👍

You don't have to be convicted to have a criminal record in the U.S,but if its a misdemeanor I'm sure it can be expunged in 5-10yrs.Mara Nonsi you can't be granted citizenship anywhere in the world without first being a permanent resident first ...🤔
