Like your build. Have you considered or tried Change of Heart?

It floats in and out of the side deck. Never seems amazing when I play it. It's usually just removal.

After playing with your list l would say that the aggro and control matchups are great but midrange is a little harder

Would u put 3 vaders in the deck, and if yes, what would u take out?

The deck changes drastically if that is the case. It's not just Vader but also targets. The deck would lose the vehicles theme and play him and boba Fett . Take out would be at/st preparing for take off . Not sure what or if anything else.
