Lol I love how honest you were about still using it. The coconut cream one was my favourite and the smell is so amazing, but arch angel actually did dry out my hair over time and lighten the color (I have natural jet-black hair, and my hair was starting to turn dark-brown). I'm not going to act like I don't miss the cream though 😤.

I’m glad I came across this video. I’m going to try the clarifying every week or two week and then deep conditioning. I have to deep condition with heat though because my 4 type hair doesn’t absorb it that well without heat.

With this method, you let the heat of the shower allow the conditioner sink in. I’m type 4 as well and couldn’t be bothered to have a longer step and I find if the conditioner is good and my hair likes it, it still does the job in that 10 minutes it sits on my hair before I rinse it out. Maybe try it out and see how you feel.

You can’t! We lose anywhere between 100-300 hair strands per day. I shed less in late winter through the summer. In the fall I shed more for a couple of months. Very cyclical for me.
