Can you please recommend something for low porosity hair/make a dedicated video as such?! Some articles say shea butter/mango butter/coconut oil is amazing for my hair type, some say it's gonna ruin it. Some say protein is a must, some oppose. I don't understand at all. My hair are wavy/curly, coarse, low porosity and low density. Some say silicones are a boon, some bloggers say silicones and sulphates are a no go! I don't even know what products to use from the Indian market because either they have protein or heavy butters in their formulation, and I'm so so so confused!!!
