Oddly I have a Intellivision Collection. I got it used and as an entire lot. I need to take the time to dive deeper into this system and discover what it has to offer.

I loved your story about how you got the game - that's so cool. I am wildly unknowledgeable about the Intellivision - but there's a bunch of Tron and D&D games on there that you showed, so it can't be that bad. :D I do love the controller overlays, I think that's really clever.

I think 2nd gen systems are largely ignored these days, and that is a shame.

I agree they are mostly ignored. I can't say I have much of an affinity for them. I have a couple of 2600s but they just sit around.

Can't believe you picked this up for $40 years ago, but here's some food for thought. In a few years you'll have owned this collection for a quarter of a century! That's right. I know when your birthday is and how old you are 😂😂 While I don't have a whole lot of nostalgia for the intellivision, I do know that a relative had one and I might have played it a handful of times. It's not something we have in our collection. Super love the box art though because as we can tell and see with our eyes there's not a lot of variation in the carts themselves beyond gold, white or red LOL. Happy you made the video because this system whether, you play it or not is a piece of History

I’ve never played Intellivision but always wanted to try one. I just can’t justify getting one when I only play the Atari a couple times a year. Cool collection though thanks for sharing.

@scottburns9497 the cost is a barrier to entry. I think I found one last weekend for about $100 and it was bundled with 5 or 6 games.

Sold mine 3 years ago i kinda regret it cause I actually liked Donkey Kong and Burger time on the syatem.

@@moandaindesigns yeah it sucks, I got it for dirt cheap. Guy walked up to me in a shopping center with a box and had the intellivision and Atari 2600 I got them both for 60 bucks with quite a few games on each. I took it home happy to add it to my collection then used them few years later to fund my Dreamcast collection.
