Wow, this apartment is gorgeous and SO spacious compared to the others I've seen in Paris... I absolutely love the beams and the whole vibe is like the room at the top of the Eiffel tower, so romantic and the perfect mood for living in France. Very lucky!

Visiting Paris in March 2022! I have had a little obsession with Parisian culture for a few years now. My boyfriend has lived in Europe so he’s very familiar with Paris and that’s where I’m going with him this March for my birthday. I admire young people who are traveling and living outside of the United States and experiencing another life that I feel could be much better than living in the United States LOL😁 Do as much as you can before you have a child because the moment you have a child is very hard to travel and be free and live life during the first few years until they become a little bit more independent. I'm parisian and I can confirm that realtors suck in Paris. The market is so competitive that they don't bother to do anything. The 12th arrondissement is great. The 16th arrondissement is a very residential and rich arrondissement with an older population.

Your apartment is so warm and cozy! I have a question (not sure if anyone asked before), but what kind of lighting/light bulbs do you use? Everything has such a lovely soft and warm glow to it ❤️

I don’t know the exact lighting terminology for it but I do always choose warmer colors. I avoid LED and cold tones as much as possible because I need the warm ambiance!! Ikea has a ton of lightbulb options

LEDs come in warm light too (depending on the amount of Kelvins - around 2-3K will give you the same effect) and they're great for energy saving, but the trick is to either have shaders on your light sources to diffuse the light like you see here, or use indirect (reflected) light meaning the direction of the light is at the white wall / ceiling which creates a softer light scenario.

Thank you! We rent this apartment fro 2500 euros/month, excluding the agency fee. The agency fee is dependent of course on which agency you choose to go through (we went with Vingt Paris) and how long your lease is!

Difficult to carry a bucket or two of water, so as to clean the loft - but - - - SMH! We all want to live here - just once in our lifetimes!!! The views of that part of the city!!! (Do you tell what part of Paris this is in?) The skylights let in a lot of light - modern, and modern conveniences on the inside of the apartment; historic architecture on the outside!!! You, and many of the other apartment dwellers, who, I'll assume have the top floor apartments which have similar arrangements, "won the lottery"!!!! 💗💗💞💞💝💝💕💕💓💓💞💞❣❣❣ Speachless!!!
