People gonna be but hurt when they realize they are not burning 1000 calories in an hour doing cardio like their machines tell them. Will burning 300 cals while running takes him 24 min and Will is clearly in shape. I actually have a calorie burning tracker on my website to tell people how many calories they are actually likely to burn during cardio based on their fitness level. Great ending in terms of not development body dysmorphia. It’s hard as so many people are unhappy with their appearance. Even Will himself who clearly looks wildly amazing still mentions how he gained fat and lost muscle while travelling when the rest of us see a very impressive physique that I literally thought looked like he was in fact making quality gains. It really can be a mental struggle so please dont compare your body to anyone else but yourself.

Sweeteners are both a godsent and a curse, for it's so easy to get addicted to the sweet taste. I've gained a pound a week, from 65 pounds to 78 pounds by strength training (weights) and increasing my calories weekly (from 1200/day to 2200/day) ... I always said I never had body dysmorphia, but now that I'm gaining consistent weight I know I was wrong. When I look at myself in the mirror I feel like I've make huge progress and I'm getting so much bigger, but when I look at my progress pics I can see how extremely thin I still am and what a way I still have to go! I challenge people to keep track of your progress by taking photos and get a second opinion from a trainer or friend as to how you are progressing. No matter what your fitness goal is, work hard, eat what your body needs, and get enough rest!

Just started following Will about three weeks ago. His videos are far superior than other fitness youtubers. Very relatable stuff. Great content sir!

The timing of this video and the topics could not be more perfect for me. Summer has been crazy and I just got back on schedule this week. Love that you spoke about body dysmorphia. Thx.

Whenever I see how in shape you are or you’re doing an intense workout I remember you were once a “fat kid” and if you can get there so can I! I get the body dysmorphia can be hard and you might not love how you look at all stages but it’s the fact that you still keep going that probably inspires a lot of people, myself included!

I’ve watched over a period of time. You have definitely drifted towards the lifestyle rather than the diet lifestyle. Huge fan! Thank you for the guidance.

Haven't finished the video yet. Just wanted to say thank you for your inspiring messages. I've struggled for years with various substance abuse. Just got an eviction notice from the house I've lived in for a very long time, just found out my mom has MS, and I'm going to have to give up my cat because of the eviction. I'm going to be living out of my car. Sometimes when my head is weighing too much I see a new video of yours, and you speak very inspirationally. I've been working on exercising more for a couple years now, and have had better results from following your advice than I ever have had in the past. I'm a 28 year old guy, so I hope it's not too weird to say thanks for the optimism in a very shitty time.

Just a hint for watermelons: You don't need to knock or some of that useless stuff that people usually do when buying some. First you need to check out if there are some pale zones on it cause this indicates that the melon got enough sunlight. This is most important. 2nd you can check if there are some very small like brown spots cause these are coming from bees. Both sunlight and bees are what determines the final taste.

I also find that the heavier they are relative to their weight, the sweeter they'll taste. That combined with pale/yellow spots usually works for me 👌

I just wanna say that the last bit about body dysmorphia and body acceptance really hit as I have suffering from it for my whole teenage and early adult life. I teared up a bit. You're one of the best youtubers and thank you for all you do ❤

You talk to Tofu? Hardly knew her…..Will just have to say that every video you make there is a growth and honestly that is real and i appreciate it. Every little nugget of food and gym tips go along way. Thank you!

As a Korean. I approve of the kimchi. Usually most people take 90 days to notice the probiotic growth but then your skin is so much more clear for it too

Very cool to see Will doing this. I feel like we've been on the same trajectory because I also used to do the Greg Doucette/volume eating thing but switched to this over the last 3-4 months. Feels a lot better actually and I've literally never had a binge and managed to get leaner than I've ever been. Fun fact: we also grew up in the same area ;)

Regarding the last part, I've been on a weight loss journey seriously for about a year. Everyday when I look in the mirror I still hate what I see, I still hate to see my big stomach, I still hate how much weight I have, but then there are moments where I'll see some picture of me recent and almost not recgonize myself, or starting to see my biceps actually coming through, fiting into clothes I didn't fit anymore, and that feels amazing, but it doesn't make the other part go away. That just shows how hard we can be on ourselves. As much as it motivates me, it still destroys me. I still can't believe sometimes that my wife finds me attractive, all that stuff. Seeing someone as fit as Will going through the same thing is kinda uplifting in a way. I hate that he feels that, but it shows me that I can get where I'm at despite how I look at myself. I get we are all different, but I love how inspiring Will is. He never shows his fitness life as perfect, and shows what he struggles and motivates me a lot. It's amazing and never get more inspired than when watching one of your videos. Love you Will.

Will, I've been watching you since the beginning and the Ollie days, the best advice you ever said was calories in vs calories out is all that matters for weight loss, never drink your calories and get 10,000 steps in a day, and these are things I will implement in my life forever. Thanks Will. It is difficult enough reducing your calories to a deficit without drinking them. The best diet advice on the internet. I like the idea of reducing artificial sweeteners too and after watching this video I have been having 2 whole scrambled eggs for breakfast instead of egg whites and it has helped me loose weight even more due me being more satiated and satified filling me up in the morning more than just egg whites did. Your the best Will.

Hi Will. Silken Tofu...great substitute for dairy yogurt if anyone is more "plant based". Blend the silken tofu and water from the container (add more if needed). It's like "soy yogurt" and will "harden/stiffen/thicken" overnight (no pun intended :) I'll usually blend the silken tofu with some frozen or fresh berries....it's sooooooo good blended with fruit. However, it tastes terrible plain....FYI. LOVE your videos!!!! And Katy too!!!
