I am a Blue Lives Matter person and have enormous respect for Law Enforcement but this officer Douglas Hicks Jackson I have no respect for him because he thinks he can use his badge as a weapon. The badge is a symbol of an oath, not a weapon. Douglas Hicks Jackson thinks he can enforce the law by breaking the law all in the name of the law by getting out of line and that is not how it works.

Asstrologist John List was captured and ultimately convicted for murdering his family, but the fugitive you are thinking of is either Robert William Fisher or William Bradford Bishop. Most likely, you are thinking of Bishop. Both fugitives used the same MO in their crimes, and neither one has ever faced justice. Bishop has been on the run for 41 years now.

John Walsh turned the tragedy of the kidnapping and murder of his son Adam into an unbiased pursuit of justice for everyone who was hurt by crime. He became the face of how ordinary people can help bring criminals to justice. He and his son Callahan now host America's Most Wanted together. So much happened to bring justice all because of one little boy being taken and killed.
