The outer lane is the driving lane and you see so many morons that drive in the inner lane all the time when other lanes are empty and you can but shouldnt overtake on the left (in uk) because the moron could pull into you at any time and it would be your fault... So many times ive been stuck behind some idiot driving on the inner lane at the same speed as the outer one and stuck going 40 at 70 roads...
