It's not just to promote. It's to pause the video for a few seconds to avoid the possibility of getting a strike for copyright, may aswell promote while you do that. Although I don't think Aleea knows that AK likes and allows reaction channels to react to his stuff. I guess it's good for future protection I guess, in case things change or he gets a label that doesn't like the idea.
