None of them knew what Kai and Fanum were going to do. They were in pairs in the studio for their sessions. Davis and Agent, Duke and Chris, Kai and Fanum. That's why when Chris started to do the mumbling at the end, he was looking at Chris like, 'really bruh' lol Davis and Agent didn't have huge reactions to each other because they were in the booth together. They were just hyping each other up. That's why when Agent went, Fanum was so surprised and when Davis went, Duke was surprised as well as when the beat switched and Kai and Fanum were getting lit to it. Fanum was trying to hype up Agent, but Agent already heard it all. So all that to say, Fanum and Kai surprised everyone and those were legit reactions from them. That's why they stopped dancing once they got on that first Fredo diss bar in because they wanted to focus on what was being said.
