"It's a trophy room for dead equipment" is the perfect description for 90% of old guy barns. This video belongs in some sort of KZbin Hall of Fame. Love it!

Any grounds keeper respects that garage. Not too many shows w the interviewer yanks out the eyebrows of guest ha miss these guys their gold. If scuba Steve ever wanted to get paid to do this he’s more educated and genuinely invested in the game than any mechanic I’ve ever work w at a course. Respect fellas as always thanks

We use those same Par Aide cup cutters at Pinehurst, not antique 😆 Some of ours have collars, some of them don’t. The collar does allow you to set the depth of the cup so you cut the same depth cup each time. Makes replacing the plug in the old hole more consistent 👍🏻 Love the videos guys, great to have you back!

One of the best summer jobs I had in college was working on the grounds crew at a private club. Work from 6:00 to 2:30. Since we work on the grounds crew we got to play the course anytime after 3 on the weekdays and weekends.

I've walked thousands of miles behind a Toro 1000 those are great units. BTW the red cup cutter with the lever handle, it's missing a collar piece that goes on the business end. That's how you control the depth of the cut, I don't know if that's your current cutter. I'm almost positive if you asked your guy that maintains your Toro 1000's about it he would know what I'm talking about. Anyways I enjoyed the tour of Scuba Steve's garage

"These people have no idea what Magic Hills is" My friend, I indeed know of the Tragic Hills. I probably could have paid for the first year of college with all the balls I lost slicing into the field on 3 or driving 4 yards short on 7. Grew up in South Whitley and pretty much played Magic Hills and Clear Creek the first 15 years of my life.
