In regards to your fathers query into the life circumstance of an agnostic or atheist that comments on your videos, I think I can provide some clarity. I am an atheist that regularly seeks out Christian fundamentalist channels, though not to leave "hate" comments, so I cannot speak to that. I do so because I am honestly baffled by the belief system, as my world view is so opposite, it is hard for me to understand how anyone could come to such a different conclusion when faced with the same reality. So, am I seeking something? Most certainly, though not in the ways to which you two allude. Furthermore, from my perspective, and I am sure the perspective of others who are similarly inclined, people like Hannah don't always come off a just "want[ing] to make a change in people's lives, to help people out". In fact, I can think of many times I have heard Hannah and her friends be anywhere from dismissive to cruel towards others that don't share her ideals. Hannah may be many things, but she is not humble. Not to mention that many foundational aspects of Christian fundamentalism are exclusive, demeaning, and dangerous, all things that invite criticism. I'd also like to add that most of the atheists/agnostics that comment on her videos don't actually have a platform to speak from that is equivalent to hers, and to assume that just because a person isn't religious, they don't affect change for the better is another example of the dismissiveness that is so common among your community.

Christ is the standard not Hannah or any christian. And by the way God hates religion. Religion means bonds or bondage. We have a relationship with Jesus...He would like to have one with you too. Have you ever met someone that was a genuine christian who regretted living for God ?? ...I haven’t either. If you think Hannah comes off as not being humble...I would be very interested to hear what you think of Jesus after reading the gospels. The religious leaders hated Him! So much that they killed Him. Which makes sense for you to hate christians...Jesus said men love darkness and hate the light. I wonder if you believe in evil ? or good? If you believe in evil where do you get your moral law from ? And if you have moral law who’s the moral law giver ? You see the Bible says your conscience is the 10 commandments! Read the commandments. Why do you try not to lie ? Because your conscience stops you. Heres the verse “The law of God is written in our heart”. Hope that helps! 😁

It is going to be hard for me to address everything you brought up in your reply because of the platform on which we are communicating, and because you made a lot of points, but I'll do my best. In regards to "Christ being the standard not Hannah", I will say that I wasn't speaking to "Christ" I was speaking to the actions of Hannah and other KZbin Fundamentalists and why a portion of agnostics/atheists might find that they gravitate toward this side of KZbin. Regarding you having a relationship with Jesus and not being a part of a religion, from my view, is just a solipsism, and an argument from semantics that doesn't add to the conversation or change my understanding of your beliefs. I wonder why you distinguish this at all? Is it an attempt to elevate the validity of your world view over other religious beliefs? What is the difference between the Christian religion and your practice? Have I ever met a "genuine" Christian that regretted living for "God"? Yes, I was one, and most of the people that I know that left the religion they were born into. I am sure your argument would be that none of these people were "genuine" in the first place, because if they were, they wouldn't have changed their minds, but once again this would just be another solipsism. I know I have a hard time understanding how someone could go from being an atheist to being religious and I might be inclined to think they weren't "true" atheists because I cannot empathize with their conversion, but in the end I have to take them at their word if I am going to attempt to understand their point of view. I have read the Bible, in fact I am listening to it on tape right now because it had been many years since I read it. I have also read a multitude of books about the Bible, about modern Christianity and the history of Christianity. As I explained, I am super fascinated by religious thought, especially Christianity because it is what surrounds me and it is what I grew up in. All that being said, I fail to understand the importance of the Jesus martyrdom as it relates to the validity of the religion. There have been countless martyrs for countless religions, movements, and otherwise throughout the history of humanity, and it isn't the act of martyrdom that validates the beliefs structure, its the applicable elements, the consequence of action, and the culture in which it takes place. I do not believe in "good and evil" as I imagine you do. I valuate what is good and bad by the consequence of an action. What is good for one, may be bad for another, and evaluating the morality/ethics of any action is a nuanced processes often filled with grays. I don't believe in evil and I don't believe in an abstract moral law. I believe morality and ethics are naturally derived from being a social animal that depends on community to function and progress. Because I don't believe in a abstract moral law, I don't believe in a law giver, the closest thing to that, that I believe in, is as I stated above, morals and ethics naturally arise from social animals that depend on the corporation of others to function and survive. I have read the 10 commandments and there are many commandments that mean nothing to my sensibilities, multiple that seem like basic tenants for any community to function under but once again I fail to see the religious significants of them. Sometimes I do lie, but I definitely have had my conscience dictate my actions. However, I don't see these as divine leadership. I have a well developed sense of ethics for a multitude of reasons not limited to the fact that my mother impressed upon me the importance of being kind, the fact that I have high standards for the way I want to be treated and thus treat others that way in hopes that they reciprocate, and because I have found that living out my values has lead me to a strong sense of self worth, self acceptance, and overall happiness.
