WHAT'S IN MY CAR?
I want to introduce my daily GS300 that I love to drive. Last year, I started to take it drifting, tracking, autoXing, and to car meets and shows. In this video, I share an overview of the aftermarket parts that I have installed myself. I plan to take you along my journey from installing new parts at home to future car events as I develop both my car and myself as a driver.

Rolled fender isn't realy what i call "stock" but those big weels look awesome on it , i'm gonna probably need to calculate it myself on the car from OEM wheels to find , literaly can't find it on internet

Great build man, I just need those upper control arms next! Curious on how you set up that tranny cooler too and how you wired the sensor of the fan to kick in at a certain temp

Stay tune, I’m switching fuca, vid coming soon! Atf can go either way on the cooler. There’s a thermoswitch that’s attached to the atf cooler line that is connected to ground and a relay. So the fan kicks on at 180f.

can you do a video of how to jack up a car high enough and properly support it to change out the transmission - looks like you were able to get it jacked up really high here

I swapping my transmission in the future and can include that. If you need to raise you car now, check the cars user manual for proper lift and support points. Will need to raise each side a little at a time then raise the jack stand. Lifting one side all at once can cause the car to fall.

They muffler delete needs to be replaced with a cat back exhaust setup. Cheap and easy route would look for used cat backs and then take it to a shop to custom fab it up. I though my cat back was gonna fit but the resonator placement for an 03 GS must have been different than the older models because it did NOT bolt up. Though it said for Lexus GS300. So a shop had to delete my resonator and custom fab the pipe. All said and done I spent 800$ total for install and parts. No resonator actually sounds good on these cars unlike a G37.

What class is your hitch? I never thought the GS could handle 4 bikes

@@nl___999 it is a class 1 hitch which has a tongue weight limit of 250 pounds. All our bikes are around 32 pounds and the rack is 35 pounds so it’s within limit. Those racks are sketchy though when I hit big bumps lol

Not major, but I would suggest on them if you’re lowering your car. Also, depending on your camber requirements, you should look into NRCA.

I'm running bc 10k/8k front/rear on my gs400 and after they were fully broken in, the car just feels too soft for me! Am I the only one who wants some 20k springs?

I have 10/8 rev9 coilovers. They def make the car ride better and it's comfortable, but I like a stiffer ride. I even have the dampers turned all the way up. I'm thinking about going to 16/14. I've wondered who els feels this way too.

@@travisstamp7428 Well I bought my car on rev9 rears and Tein front coilovers already installed and those were bad, with the bc's I got a stiffer ride until they fully broke in and now it just feels too soft, i'm considering going all the way to like 24/20 eventually
