You just came exactly as i need it! First of, Thank you, i was refreshed, challenged and encouraged. Its just yesterday that i have received numerous and different kinds of discouragements and words, actions that makes me feel and pushed me to quit already its like no one has appreciated everything that i did for many of them thats why i decided to skip away and quit. Im a christian and claiming i have faith but i dont know it is suddenly every things fallen apart. But i dont know while and as watching you it wakens me up my mind, soul and spirit its like somebody calls me as i am sleeping and saying its not the end of everything. Usually I'm a morning person dahil nasanay narin katawan ko dahil pang-umaga ako sa school dati. And tama po yung sinabi niyo tungkol sa workout dahil sobrang lata rin ako nung una akong nag-try pero ngayon nasanay narin kung dati pahati hati gingawa ko, ngayon in one day full body workout na and I don't eat rice narin puro protein and fiber nalang kinakain ko.
