hi! I am graduating in CAD/BIM technician from college in a month. What is like working as a BIM modeler? Is it hard? Most of time I spent time on Revit and AutoCAD but nervous because understanding all the terms and structures is not easy for me. I also still struggle with engineering statics haha. Can you advise me of some good tips or comment? :)

hi! thanks for dropping by with our channel😊..As a Bim modeler, at first I don't have any experiences at all but I tried to apply though I don't have any experience, No one train me in our company but look at me now I'm 2yrs as bim modeler. I think as long as you love doing it nothing is impossible😊 regarding with the engineering or it services, as long as you know how to read plans its advantage for you. you can Cope it easily.. services of mepfs, at first it's like more difficult because I don't have any background esp in mechanical and electrical.. but years passed, since I'm eager to learn now I can handle to do a model of mepfs

Hi! Actually zero knowledge ako sa bim. Since nung nagaaral pako as an architecture student, CAD pa lang uso samin nun. Luckily yung company na inaapplyan ko kahit la ako knowledge, they hired me. Until now nasa kanila pa din ako. Utang na loob ko yung knowledge na meron ako, though nagenrol din ako revit Arki, after graduate.

I've been an electrician for 10 years now. Some one on Reddit told me about Revitz and said I should learn it for a better career change. I don't intend to go to college but I have a gaming computer that I but and I intend to learn Revitz on it. Will it be impossible for me to find a job once I've learned the programs necessary to be a BIM engineer if I have no college degree?

Yes it's possible here in Philippines. As long as you have certificates that you enrolled in one of the accredited revit courses.
