For anyone who's curious 🤗💛 I found my daily morning journal prompts from Jenn Im's videos - who got the prompts from The Holistic Psychologist. And the rolling weekly is based off of the Alastair Method. Plant Based Bride on KZbin has great content on this method!

The rolling weekly looked a little intimidating at the beginning of the video, ngl, but now it seems so simple and feels really doable! I totally agree about journalling not taking very long once you get in the habit of it, it always surprises me to look up and realise I got a whole lot of processing and thinking done in around tennish-thirteen minutes? Thanks for the video, I've been struggling w getting back to the habit but I feel kinda excited and motivated about it now! Also compliments on the way you produce your videos, choose your titlecards, make your layouts, it's all so aesthetically pleasing!

You're the person who made me realize that I could do bullet journaling in a way that works with my disabilities. It's rare for me to find an advice type channel that has *accessible* advice to me because I can't sit down and spend more than an hour on a monthly spread. When I came across your channel and learned all about the bare bones of minimalist journaling (that was both pretty and useful), I was so excited! It's something I can actually do... And I really enjoy it. Thanks for all of the advice that helps me make my life more organized and mindful :)

I used to do all of this too, on a notebook, same with the rolling weekly. But the habit never lasts long on me, it wasn’t convenient to bring my notebook everywhere when i had work, and I didn’t like how much time it took to set it all up, and when plans changed I hated how messy it made my journal look. Plus filling notebooks and having to buy supplies wasn’t sustainable for me XD Now I just use my kanban on Trello and GCal to timeblock things, which I can do on my phone on the go, and it’s the only thing that’s been consistent for years. I guess paper methods just don’t work for me and that’s okay. Major props to you and everyone who can maintain these habits, seriously. You have much better patience and attention span than I do, and so much creativity too.

How do we set up those tasks that have mini tasks attached to them? 2. How do you add an event that occurs several times a week but is not consecutive? Ex. Yoga class Mon, Wed, Sat.

Thanks for watching, Sara! 1. I delve into the mini tasks on my daily log. But if I'm really feeling overwhelmed, I write them all out in the rolling weekly. Technically you have finished the task. Where do you note that you are waiting a response? Or do you leave the task unchecked and keep migrating the task until one has received a response, job completed etc. thanks!

Just a little comment about health. I find this video very useful and I wanna thank you for that because I've been getting overwhelmed and not really using my journal. This is giving me a new way of looking at it and motivation to try again and work out something that works for me. But I wanted to drop a little line about you mentioning that you do intermittent fasting. If it works for you, that's great and completely disregard what I'm about to say. But. I have in my family several doctors who are digestive track specialists and nutritionists/dietitians (I don't know what the medical titles are in English, especially for the first job). They strongly advise against it. One, they say it's basically disordered eating under a different name. Even if you don't *have* an ED, you may very well be teaching your body one. And second, if you find yourself having some digestive issue (too slow, too fast, uncomfortable, painful, etc...) it may be the cause of may be making it worse. From what they say, our digestive tract isn't really meant to be empty and when it is, it can get upset and start acting wonky because it's losing track of where it's at, basically. So. Anyway. They all stand on the range "mmmmmh, better not" to "yikes, no! Don't do that to yourself!" and that's why I've decided not to try. I assume you're working hard to be healthy and that's part of it, and that information is always good to have.

I have always loved journals and pens and writing. But bullet journaling sounded so hard to keep up with because of my autism and ADHD. You make it so easy and relaxing. GREAT JOB GIRL
