I have had this pack for two years now as well. I like it a lot. the design, construction, materials used and color ways are awesome. but i wish it was around 24 liters. it is slightly too small for my liking and intended use. i think maxpediton should make a Pygmy XL version. with the addition of compression straps and a hydration sleeve with a port at the top and this pack would be perfect. survive on Lilly

Maxpedition is my favourite brand for outdoor gear. I have a Kodiak Gearslinger single-strap sling backpack and a Fatboy Versipack shoulder bag. Both look almost new despite nearly three years of nearly daily use.

I have a black one and I'll tell you something, that's one of the best backpack I ever own and especially you can pack things lot that you don't feel the pain on your shoulders.

that was a great review! zipped right along and descibed all the features without being overly verbose. I have a larger maxpedition pack I put in the vehicle but would like a smaller one for edc. Right now I use a jansport but would like more pockets. The falcon looks perfect.

Well Lilly, I believe that you starred in another very informative video. this time about your backpack. I am going bicycle camping for a few months in the next few weeks. Currently I am waiting for a cargo trailer from R.E.I. that I ordered. My bicycle and trailor toed behind it will replace those expensive RV motorhomes that others use. I am a tightwad after all, hehehe! Keep producing great informative videos young lady. This macbook Pro that i borrowed will be sold this weekend. From no on I will try to comment from my iPhone 6.

I agree, this rucksack is great quality, and I've been carrying it for one year now, as my hiking daypack as well as my student edc, going to and from university (I got the black ver)... I wish it had hip fastenings though, those would greatly facilitate running.

Adding a stiffener would be as simple as slipping a piece of plastic behind the sleeve in the large pocket. I personally use a clipboard.

Thanks for the update Lilly. I recently was thinking about getting a day pack to use as a 72 hour, day hike bag. And I remembered your other video that you did on your Maxpedition Pigmy. And I found something similar on Ebay to your pigmy, but a 30 Liter bag for $23USD!!! From the photos it looks pretty good. Anyway, I ordered it and it is on its way. www.ebay.com/itm/like/271614311590?lpid=82&chn=ps BTW, I also have a larger ALICE HELLCAT mod hybrid Rucksack, with polymer frame and MOLLE kidney pad (very comfortable). But this is more of a longer-term pack, not a day pack.
