I gave up contortion for two years and I lost all the results I worked hard to achieve. School work became double the load and I couldn't find time to do what I love. I recently started again and its been hard. Not being able to do amazing tricks I could once do. But seeing you pushing through the pain, deciding that the barrier was not going to stop you. Your dedication and hard work. I'm just amazed. You are one incredible young woman Sofie Dossi and I really admire your talent and everything about you. Sofie, you literally did this in like a week. I don’t think you realize how talented you are. Most people would quit on hour 1, but you did all of this in 10 days and didn’t give up. I love you so much and I don’t think you’ll ever realize how talented and skilled you are. You didn’t given up even though the big circle thingy (whatever it is) had glitches. If someone had glitches they would just stop but you pushed through the pain and all the tiredness, I love you sm and I hope I can meet you one day. Your seriously amazing.💗

Also I haven’t seen anyone comment on the 2 different types of skills she does are totally different for warmups & cooldown, stretching to do contortions your body needs to be warm and conditioning for hoop(lyra) is strength building and cardio and the cooldown is stretching Core is sooooo important for everything

I think it sends a really important message you had a safety wire in the performance. I think a lot of acts won't use them because they feel like it makes them look weak, but I think it makes you look strong to acknowledge just how dangerous that stunt was. You could do everything perfect, but all it takes is the mechanism to go wrong and you'd be gone.
