Can you explain what defensive% is in player summary?

It's a summary of your performance in the defensive zone. From interceptions, poke checks, hits, goals against etc... The higher the better.

Can you do more of these but with each forward position in 6s. I tend to bump into teammates too often. I’d rather know some 3 or 4 plays that can help my mindset where I need to be on breakouts and in the ozone. I normally play center

I plan on doing these videos for center. It's mainly anchoring the middle and rotating when needed. Offensively, keep a triangle with your forwards and circle around to open the ice and make plays.

Everything is set to 75. Stride style is 3

Why does every player use left handed player on Chel? Is there a particular reason? (I’m right handed)

No it's just preference. I'm more comfortable as a left handed player
