Thank you for reassuring me. I’ve started the program about a month and a half ago and I haven’t generated any major lead in my area and I started to lose a little hope because of the money I’m spending on marketing but I’ll just keep faith! Trust the process! The program does offer a ton of information which is great for us just starting out

It’s actually not a scam. Like the guy in the video, I was completely new to Real Estate. The program has a ton of information. As a matter of fact it has all the information you need to understand real estate investing, start a business, entrepreneur/ ceo mindset. They even help you set up your own website & start a marketing campaign. I’ve paused the campaign for the winter and didn’t resume it back yet because I’m saving money for the marketing. I wouldn’t recommend getting into the program if you’re in major debt or have other financial situation that are a priority because you will need to pay for your website domain, you will have to pay for the programs that help protect you from fraud, etc etc. they also help you set up analytics so you can monitor who & where your leads come from. I just need to make my first flip to get the ball rolling

More like 6 months because I didn’t create my marketing campaign til I completed the courses & I’ve made some mistakes that costed me money so I ended up pausing it til I saved some more cash to spend on the campaign . I trust that it works if you have enough to spend

Great information, Great to see you doing well. It's Keny we met a while ago under BWW. I also got involved in Real Estate, but I stayed in the local area with rental residuals supplementing my family's income. Was considering to Begin flipping, I will research this program you're involved with.

@@raeromone9253 Hell yeah, its scary, I totally understand. I was in your shoes just 3 years ago so I get it. My wife was looking at me saying "are you sure this will work" and at the time I said yes, but I didn't know. The one thing I realized is if Phil was giving me all this content and information for free on KZbin then what the heck would I learn if I joined? Ultimately though it comes down to what you put into it. As I said in the video, this is not easy and you will have to fit this into your life and I bet your already busy anyway. If you are unable to put the time in then I probably would advise you against it because this won't happen overnight, but if you apply the teaching's in the program it works.

They might be charging you $15000 if you enroll in the apprentice program and they check your financial status and if you have money to buy properties where they will partner with you to take their share, make sure you’re clear, understand their real estate language to enroll!!
