From experience and the diddy kong discord. Up toss is even on shield point blank, I think f toss is -7 point blank. Every character has different item toss frame data, you’d have to lab it out for separate characters

this movement is pure art :D it's so nice being able to witness the fruit of all of the hard labor top players put into their characters. as mentioned in the recent tweek talk episode, light's fox is so insanely consistent and he is able to play so fast because he put so many hours into just this one character, it becomes like second nature. tweek's diddy shines in the same way.
