OMG !!! I swear this video is for me....my hair looks messy post 1wk interlock (I'm always amazed at how disrespectful my hair is)... and yes the itch after is crazy !!! I use avacardo oil on itchy areas an it helps... love your hair.. #haircrush

Sally Prentice For real?!!! 😰 Ok so, it's not just in my head then (that is, disrespectful hair and itch from hell) Alrighty then! Hehehehehe! 😂Awwww, Sista-Queen, thanks for saying that and checking the video out. I'll check out the avocado oil, as well. I really appreciate you! ❤

Pumpkin Cheeks That's exactly what I do. No matter how long I wait (10 weeks or 3 months) the exact same thing happens. But it's all good- we just keep it moving and interlock, leave it again for 10 weeks or more and do that song and dance again. 😂 I appreciate the suggestion tho. Thank you , Sis! ❤

I do my hair the same way as you with the tool. My hair grows very fast. I retighten it every 4 weeks. Never lost a loc, no weak spots. I’ve had my locs for 4 years.

FYI there are Black African Descendant people who are naturally blonde, red headed, with straight hair and all type of curl patterns. We are not limited to any one hair tone because our DNA holds all tones and colors so let her embrace what she feels. That is the beauty of our melanin....looks great with everything!
