We make more money on our commercial cleaning business than laundromats. Keep the cleaning and have someone manage it.

I do also, but the cleaning business has too much turnover with contracts. Someone can not like you and replace you easy in this business. The laundromat is 100% in my control outside of utilities. You can do you best in the cleaning and still lose contracts.

@@Mr.Laundromat I believe the same can be said in the laundromat business for sure. You can also cross train your staff to work the laundromats as well, and vise versa.

@@Mr.Laundromat yes. If your janitorial company isn’t national it would be difficult to pull off. Anyway, it looks like you are well on your way! I believe either way you have the drive and you will be successful!!!
