The Trek Madone is an spectacular bike, I really love it and since I started with road cycling it has been on my mind to eventually buy one and I finally did, I hope you enjoy the build of this beauty of a bike, my intention with this video is for you to enjoy the process of assembling a trek madone and share a little bit of the passion we all feel about cycling.
And I want to thank Miguel Hernandez (Mike) the mechanic who build this bike and also Crankset Bicicle Shop that kindly gave me the opportunity to record this processes and the team that took the time to do it.

I have a trek domane SL5 and i can honestly say its the best bike i have ever purchased bring on the new season where i will hopefully have some decent weather so I can get the miles in my only dream would to become a professional cyclist

@Kelly Houston well, this bike has the wheels of a cannondale systemsix, I used to have one, but the bike was not for me, certainly a great bike and fast, but really harsh with the rider, I didn't like it, the ride is too stiff for me and the uneven roads here in Mexico.

Well, they have been using it for at least 4 years, specially in their entry level mtb, such as the marlyn and I agree with you it's almos identical to the Bianchis color just with a little bit more of a neon feel to it, next to a bianchi you can really tell the diference and I like the miami green a little bit more,

As it is originally a pre assembled bike, not just the frame, it was already pre-greased from factory, and this particular bike is mine so don't worry about it, I checked that everything was perfect with it, right now it has ultegra di2 and ceramic speed BB, Regards!

An absolute stunner of a bike,but that crazy price blows it for me?! Not even DI2 or eTap and Trek wants 6,902 Euros for this. That's what put me off. Instead I bought a Cannondale System Six team replica for 6,192 Euro's and it's Di2. Trek and Specialized are insane! Love the look of the bike,but no thanks.

yes.... it's an expensive bike, but I can say that at least for me it's a nicer fit than the systemsix, my old bike was one and althought it's a great bike I didn´t like the feel of it, I know a lot of people that love it, and I hope you enjoy yours, it's also a great looking bike

It varies in each country, and this video was recorded almost 2 years ago, at the time of recording the price of this bike as assembled was around 7,500usd, right now a similar specs, slr frame but with the new ultegra it's priced at 8,850usd

It's certanly expensive, but perhaps you can get a deal on a 2020 or 2019 SLR, as the new SLR has the 800 series carbon, and I suppose most stores will try to sell their stock of SLR with 700 series carbon

@@AngelAburto The 2021 Madone SLR 6? I've been looking like crazy at the SLR 6 and 7 2021 models and they have the full carbon wheels according to every spec. Only the SL 6 version seems to have the alu rims. It would explain the stupid price difference between the 6 and 7 though since it's like 2000 euros for only a Di2 upgrade.

@@NetQvist well it's not the 2021 model, it's a 2019, I got a good deal for it as they already had the 2020 in store and the 2021 where about to came out I'm not sure in Europe but here in Mexico it came with aeolus comp, it's an aluminum rim with a carbon fairing

estoy muy preocupado no he vista que pudieras ni una gota de grasa. esa bici tiene que ser una guitarra .ruidos y crujidos. yo monte la mía igual.y grasa en ese pedalier tija rodamientos manillar etc. suerte con los crujidos.
