I like the Bad News Bears remake. Although, it had most of the stuff from the original except dirtier. They did change a few things about it and added more scenes to it.

It's a really funny movie, and Billy Bob Thornton was great. But it can't hold a candle to the original version with the legendary Walter Matthau.

I enjoyed 8 Mile. I thought it was really well made but still, I respect your opinion. I have to say the worst movie I have ever seen is "Bachelor Party In The Bungalow Of The Dammed"... Yeah. It sounds as bad as it is.

Got to agree with your comments about "Gosford Park", the neverending movie and it was dry...painful, truly painful. The "Psycho" remake was a big mistake, you can't improve on a cherished classic...and Hitch to boot, c'mon, what were they thinking. Great video!

You have two Richard Linklater films on this list, (waking life, and Bad news Bears) I loved both, but Waking Life just so happens to be in my top five favorite films of all time. I don't really understand how people can't get through it, it blows my mind every time i watch it, it's like digging into the most amazing philosophical trip possible. And I also love Gus Van Sant's remake of Psycho. I thought it was interesting that it's the only remake that's shot for shot.

Speaking of which, have you seen "Malibu's Most Wanted." It's pretty much a complete parody of "8 Mile." The thing I hated about "8 Mile" was the fact that it was nothing but one dramatic scene after another. I can't recall how many fight scenes there were. It just felt like a soap opera, only starring Eminem, who is a fairly decent actor.

Hey does anybody remember what film this was? It had all these kids going to schoolsummer school I think it was and there's a scene where one of the kids,I think he's a horror geek, brings a chainsaw to class and has made himself up to look like he's got limbs and eyes hanging out of his body.It's a joke I think, Idont remember it being a horror flick, but I can't remember what film it was - it's an 80s teen flick, though - pretty sure of that.. The class scene I mention took place near a beach.

I thought that Waking Life was pretty interesting, I mean yes it was long winded and boring in some places but it was verbalizing some interesting topics. Also the rotoscoping was pretty neat, what did you think of A Scanner Darkly?

I agree! Gosford Park is something I was looking forward to, but it wasn't as good as I expected when I watched it. They call it a 'whodunit', when the murder doesn't happen till an hour and a half into the film. It dragged on when they entered the mansion. The music choices were good, but why would something like this get nominated for an Oscar? Before watching it online, I was considering buying it on DVD. It's good I realized it before buying it. It's okay! It's not something I'd rave about.

Hey man, Doctor Butcher MD is actually an Italian film called Zombie Holocaust that the US distributor cut together with some shitty footage he had lying around in a can. Presumably that's why you couldn't make it through the film! Check out the original Zombie Holocaust though, it's good z-grade fun...

Hey, I love the Psycho remake. I didn't know it was a shot for shot remake until I saw the making of, and I had never seen the original. I like them both, but the newer one is more updated and relates to people now more then the old one. Plus Vince Vaughn is awsome!

You are absolutely right about the Bad News Bears...the original is so un-PC and awesome, there was no doubt the new one would suck in comparison. And it did. But I have to disagree about Bring it On, it is goofy but a guilty pleasure with hot chicks and some pretty irreverent humor.
