Very nice work. Jades allow you create so many different styles relatively quick and practice bonsai techniques. I have a jade collection as well and it growing fast...maybe too fast.

Hello! I have two questions for you - 1. in the second tree you featured, how did you get the roots like that? 2. in the sixth plant that you featured, it has odd holes in its bark on the trunk, how did that happen? Thank you for reading my question!

Here are my guesses as far as answers to your questions: 1. Yup, those roots are amazing. Roots like that often come from lifting the plant up when you repot, so that roots that were underground are now visible. That plant was also very cut back from how big it originally was. 2. Those holes are from large branches that were cut off. Over the course of years, the trunk will heal and leave only a scar, but with branches that big, it takes a long time.

Its Portulacaria Afra. It's not the same as the 'real' Jade plant, Crassula Ovata.
