I was diagnosed with all three yesterday. I am in my third year at Law school and feel defeated by the diagnosis, I have always struggled but just told I need to work harder. I’m upset by how much support I’ve been robbed of by a late diagnosis. I hope children now get the support they need in the first place without the need to change schools. I’m adjusting to a new version of myself and it is difficult. Thank you for sharing your difficulties and story.

This made me cry. I have ADHD diagnosed and currently going through the process of waiting for Dyspraxia and Dyscalculia assessments (but have no doubt I have them). You've done amazing!! Education is difficult with this, but the emotional side too is really tough. I've gone through a bit of a denial phase with the ADHD and fell off the wagon of working with my psych to try out meds - because I didn't think I could possibly have ADHD, even though I relate to it so much. I've spent 29 years trying to be normal 😂

Thank you so much for sharing your story in such detail, Emily! I know it is sometimes hard to put yourself out there. And I'm grateful that you're willing to do it! I have a 9 year old daughter who is dyslexic. And I definitely see so much of her in you.

I train many students using AT Software with dyslexia and admire there hard-work and will to succeed when many people told them they could not and yet they do :-)
