it seems like elec is far easier to execute, but i think his playstyle is just going to be hob for a while

Both are great imo. Hail playstyle is much more aggressive but you need to be perfect at utilizing your leads. Electro is more consistent and doesn't fall off like HoB. Issue is one death with Hail can lead to you becoming irrelevant for much of midgame until dcap
