I have a chain locked wagon attached to my seated scooter with carabiners & bungee cord. Recently, got a collapsible hiking bag that pulls out a seat top of it, and put a reflective vest over the bag so nobody can see what’s there. Maybe try a waterproof cloth or vest put over the battery compartment?! I was wondering how you do in the rain as well.

Hey aren´t escooters risky for deliveries when it comes to potholes, stones, sticks etc in the road? Easy to get thrown off, especially at night when sight is not clear and you don´t don´t see any obstacles. The new 2025 rules in the US for EV, max speed of 15mph, what do u think?

They are slightly more risky than ebikes because of the smaller wheels. On the bright side, they are more portable and generally have lower maintenance than ebikes due to fewer moving parts. The lights on this scooter are pretty good at night. I think 15mph is too slow; road cyclists can easily go faster than that. 20mph is a happy medium for regular scooters, but for faster ones that can go up to around 35mph, I think they should require at least a regular driver's license and insurance(if you can even acquire it).

about 60-80 miles at about 25mph or 100 miles at 20mph.

I dash on a scooter as well, soon a new RX7 is in my future, no need to spend $ on battery on your stem.

Yeah that looks like a great scooter for deliveries. The only reason I bought the battery upgrade was that I already had this scooter and didn't want to have to buy another one so that's why I upgraded this one.
