Andrea, I’m 41 and of course grew up watching you and love you on Fuller House! But I’ve never had more respect for a celebrity than I do for you now after watching this vlog. I too have anxiety and have made myself physically ill from it. I also cry sometimes and then get mad and frustrated at myself for feeling that way. So to see someone I already admire so much being so open and raw for the world to see just affirms to me that none of us suffer from this alone. From a famous tv actor to a simple gal like me. Anxiety has been apart of my life since I can remember. (I had my first anxiety attach at 9 years old) it has always been partnered with depression but I did not realize that until I was older! This mental beast has always stopped me from having enjoyment in some major life moments! It was always in Moments I would NEVER guess it would happen.... I could plan and produce a whole service, coordinate over 200 people and be sure that media and the speakers were all happy and ran smoothly but when it comes to something as simple as taking my kids to the grocery store alone my anxiety spikes and I feel as if I can't even move. I have gotten better now and I can spot when it is about to rear its ugly head but I still have my days! The one thing I do not allow is for the depression part to take a hold of me! Thank you for sharing that moment with us! I understand how extremely personal that is and it makes me know and I believe many others that we are no alone in having those feeling!

That was really brave of you to share your experience with your anxiety. I felt for you as I watched because I truly understood and could relate to every single thing you were saying about how you were feeling and the frustration you were experiencing. I also really related to you referring to Michael as the “yin to my yang” because that’s exactly how I refer to my boyfriend and for the exact reason. I am very prone to becoming overwhelmed and anxious, whereas he’s always cool as a cucumber and the balance just works out wonderfully. Anxiety is no joke, though. Andrea I love your vlogs! This one is by far my favorite. I've had two back surgeries and since then I've have had issues on and off with anxiety. I appreciate so much that you did this vlog and showed this side of the anxiety. I encountered a lot of people who didn't (and still don't) understand how it feels and that you can't just make it stop. I know for me my family (mom especially) and my friends have been and continue to be a source of calm and are a safe place when I struggle with the anxiety. You are amazing to be so open and honest with your feelings. Have you ever tried a weighted blanket to calm yourself? Or yoga poses? Deep pressure increases dopamine and serotonin and decreases cortisol (increases calm/happy chemicals and decreases worry ones). It can also damped your sensitivity to noise and busyness for a few hours since you mentioned you are sensitive to that. Ps. You look beautiful ☺️
