I started my goals in November, I always come back when I fall out. I use retinol 0.025 got from my doctor, I started with 0.01 and I'm 37. About exs, I had who dumped me years ago ( he was induct to by my father for marriage), he messaged about his marriage, I let go and after years, he reached out to me telling me that I was the one who got away 😂 and he settled. I told him to go back to his wife and kids.

You’re not suppose to peel when using retinol. If you peel then it’s too much for you.

That girl needs to ignore her brother in law's texts. His constant messaging is inappropriate. She needs to put an end to it by either ignoring them or straight up telling him that he's disrupting her day and she can't stop everything and answer him multiple times a day. The fact of the matter is, his behaviour is haram, he is crushing on her and if she doesn't stop him now, he will not stop until her marriage is broken.
