I have the same problem with my horizon. Are used are all the time whenever I would travel which for my job was necessary. In August 2019 my friend said that I could take it back to the Louis Vuitton and the would fix it. I took it the store on Sloane Street in London and I paid maybe £250 and they fixed the leather. Pricey but worth it.
