What a great and informative vid! I've really been enjoying the Japanese gardening tools just now.

That is a wonderful system. So many choices and so well built. I also love the bright colour which is so easy to see among the greenery of the garden. Far too many garden tools are a very loseable green!

I have wanted one of those lawn edgers for awhile, but they don't seem to be a thing in Australia. Looks like that will be a super handy set of tools to have in your shed and new tools always motivate me to keep on top the weeds a bit better!

Old tools can be the best. Glad you showed the multitool. An old idea is to have a bucket of sand with used oil mixed in and when you are cleaning your old tool to jam the tool into the oiled sand a few times before putting it up. You looked like your face got the most sun. Did you forget sunscreen for that? It's has been a hot humid summer so far here in USA Northeast. That shed looks great! Looking forward to more video.

I like Gardena, excellent hose and attachments, but I prefer Wolf and Garden multi tool because you don't have to tighten, it just locks automatically.
@bradbray83824 жыл бұрын
Do you find that the Wolf Garten multi tool rattles? I wonder if the Gardena screw method provides a tighter connection? Both systems look really interesting.

I don't think you could look a mess ever. That is a great idea for saving space. Did you say 80 attachments. Going to ck it out. T.Y.😊💥

Your garlic harvest makes me green with envy! I've NEVER had good growing luck with garlic. Other Vermonters make a garlic killing, so I know it can be done in this climate! But I've earned one bragging right: my raspberries. For whatever reason, my raspberry harvest is off the leash from early June-early August, a taper, and then the fall harvest roars to life late August till....early November at minimum.

I see other people have already mentioned Wolf-Garten which has a very similar multi-tool line. Nothing against Gardena, but I just wanted to mention that W-G has a small, 8 cm wide, fork. It won’t replace the full size garden fork, but you can stick it on either a long or short handle and it can be very handy in tight spaces. It was actually the tool head that first got me started with them. I really like being able to put the tools on different length handles for different applications.

i use wolf garten tools very similar but they us a push button release great tools

Looks like a great tool, but the different heads will take up space. Put them in a milk crate maybe to haul from the shed to the plots?
@Lovelygreens5 жыл бұрын
Absolutely. Not having to haul around tools with multiple handles saves a lot of space and awkwardness though. A great tool(s) to use in two locations. Home and the allotment

I have quite a few Gardena combi-tools but still prefer the WolfGarten ones, they're just that bit more hardwearing as I use them daily in my gardening business. The Gardena tools are definitely worth the money though.

@Lovelygreens5 жыл бұрын
Definitely a space-saver if you have a lot of tools...or even two of each of every tool! You can see all the different attachments (and the different handles) over here: www.gardena.com/int/products/soil-ground/combisystem/
