Last time Scotland had an international tournament they got the opening game. Was expecting a tanking but we played well against Brazil who were the favourites.

Agreed, was laughing basically every time he said it. Though, considering we just lost to Iceland. Just seems impossible to win it from there. Even with Bellingham & other lineup replacements. I feel like we can work our way into the tournament. Like in the World Cup after bad matches before it. But, France will win. Our defence sucks & am starting to sour on Gareth, too. I was more supportive in the past. But, we've only beat good teams a few times. An aging Germany & Italy twice. Who can be flaky as anything. They win a Euros, yet can't qualify for the World Cup.. What the?.. 😅🤷‍♂️

I think you are way off on your Scotland prediction, don't get me wrong its possible that they could finish last in this group but its also possible that they could finish first imo. Germany, while still a good team are a shadow of the team they use to be and i feel we have a better overall team than both Hungary and Switzerland.

Rangers fan here...im not that optimistic about Scotlands chances here either, they come into the tournament on a bad run of form, to many injuries, and lack of goal threat up-top regardless of shanklands form in the spl(he hasnt proved it at international or top-level) and if history serves me right, scotland are usually terrible in a major tournament or just fall short by a goal lol i truly hope iam wrong this time around !!

I genuinely think Hungary is the easier of the games just with it being the last game. I don't think we will get anything against the Germans I think we'll lose 2-0 however I think we'll get a 1-1 draw against the Swiss and Surprisingly I think we'll nick a Win against the Hungarians. Hungary have had a really good run in their Qualifiers however their group was particularly easier and looking at the squad apart from Sallai and obviously Dominik Szoboszlai I don't see an amazing team probably a we'll drilled and tough team however I think we'll get a win 2-1 and it'll be a corner that we score wouldnt shock me if it's a deflection or something like that. We'll either get 2nd or 3rd because of that with 4pts. I think Switzerland get 2nd with a Draw against Germany, Win against Hungary and Draw against Us Germans Win against us and Hungary and Draw with the Swiss Hungary go out with 1pt however it could have easily been us.
