Okay so I don't know why everyone is saying Shane is hypocritical. He clearly suggested Ryland to do a video with his ex, which maybe he wanted to feel equal with Ryland since Shane did a video with his ex. Now of course Shane would get a little jealous cause honestly who wouldn't when you're in a relationship with someone? Come on now. And I'm sure Ryland gets a little jealous too when Shane does those kind of videos with exs. It just seems Ryland is more comfortable with it. But they are adults so pretty sure they both talk about the videos they're doing especially if it involves an ex or something similar to that. It's their relationship so whatever they decide to do is on them, in the end they have eachother and support eachother. Aw love.

Shane is actually like me lol, I get so nervous when my boyfriend talks about his exes and when I think of him with someone else I feel like I'm gonna cry. And I feel that Shane feels that cause he's self conscious and he's scared that Ryland might fall for a more attractive male and that's what I think about in my mind all the time too about my boyfriend, Since I'm not very attractive and there are plenty very attractive females out there, I'm scared he's gonna find a bunch of these females a lot more attractive than myself. Having pride in who you are and showing good self esteem are actually a really attractive quality to have, (even if it's faked). Notice not all the popular girls in school are not drop dead gorgeous?! Yet they come across as beautiful! If you act beautiful then people will see you that way! Shane gets away with always putting himself down cuz it's (his thing) yet it does make people notice that he is dirty sometimes.
