My husband left me more than 2 years ago..! In your opinion, what should I do?
Two years ago, Tan left his family with so many conflicts and burdens of life. He left quietly, leaving behind his wife - An - and a child who had just learned to walk. As time passed, the longing for his family tormented him every night, but his pride and shame did not allow him to return.
One summer afternoon, Tan returned to his old village. Wearing a hard hat and an old backpack, he quietly walked towards his old house. From afar, he saw An sitting in front of the porch, carefully tying her little daughter's hair. The little girl had grown up a lot compared to the last image Tan remembered. Her small steps tottered around the porch, looking at her mother and smiling innocently.
Tan felt his heart heavy. He wanted to step forward, to hug his wife and child, but then he stepped back. He did not know if Lan would forgive him or not, and whether he could make up for the past two years or not.
Tan hid behind the pillar, only daring to watch from afar. His eyes were about to tear up when he saw his daughter's smile, but he didn't have the courage to face An. In his hand, he only had a small gift bag, the gift he bought for his daughter after so many days apart.
The remaining question is: Will Tan step forward or continue to step back forever?

An, I support whatever decision you make concerning you ex. With that being said.... He needs to make up for leaving you and your kid, and he needs to make up for it hard. His feelings for himself mean nothing. Whether you take him back or not he has a responsibility to his child and to the mother of his child. Again, whether you take him back or not he should be working around your house, help with building and growing food. He should be giving you money. I didn't notice any money in that bag he left. Also, he was gone for two years, then he needs to make up double at least for not doing his job. I would not even think of taking him back for two to four years of watching him work around the house, provide for you and your (and his) child. I mean do you want a man that when he sees his made a mistake with his child that he thinks about himself and how he "feels so bad" or do you want a man that when he sees he made a mistake with his child he thinks, "I haven't done a good job of taking care of my child or my child's mother. I have to get in there fix that mistake." ..... An you are beautiful. You can get a man, a good man. Your daughter deserves a good father. If her biological father is no good, she deserves better. It is weird for me to see a man think so much about how he feels. Maybe it is the environment I grew up in. For you ex to show up now after you are successful and so well loved. ?????? ... BUT like I said before, I will support your decision with no judgement on you. I am not in your situation. I am not in your environment. You have to do what is best for you and your little girl. If you do take him back, make him work before you do. ... I wish I could talk to him. Someone needs to tell him that no one cares about how he feels.
