Breathing that outdoor air, sweating, what a great way to relieve stress. Thanks for sharing!

The head band is horrible … I like it! I also do sprints not every day but my dr says I have beautiful vitals…

I can’t run anymore because of foot issues. Got myself a rowing machine. Great piece of fitness equipment

Good to see this sort of content. Well done! Your health is as important, if not more, than the finances

Great to actually see the HIIT training you’ve mentioned in previous videos. Very helpful visualization and motivation. Congratulations on your bp - I’m envious and encouraged!

Always enjoy seeing and hearing about retirees exercising. It makes you feel so good! We must never stop. Walking, running, biking, and resistance training. Mix it up everyone, and enjoy life.

I live along the Ohio River in Southeast Ohio. Saw that old Lockmaster house in the background and thought wow that looks familiar. 😁

Keep up the exercise routine! Watch your salt and caffeine intake, stay hydrated, get adequate sleep and decrease stress. All these things go a long way to help blood pressure decrease.

Thanks for doing your channel, it's fun and all pertains to me.. Been kicking around since the facility maintenance days. What happened to the "Joe out". Hate the headband but this is America do what ever you want.

Great set of steps with a perfect incline. 60 yr. old dude pushing it to the limits, awesome! I highly recommend the Halo headband protex. It's more like an elastic cap. I never leave home without it. Not sure if your wife would like it any better, LOL, but the one you got probably does the job just fine.

Impressive, Joe we are roughly the same age…I’d be lucky to be able to walk up those steps! Need to retire to start focusing on health.

Your head band is awesome Joe... keeps the sweat out of your eyes and off your face. Who cares what your wife thinks about it! If it works for you, IT WORKS!!!

Interesting. I run 3 mornings a week, and lift weights 3 mornings a week, with one day off for my old bones to recover. Few things matter more in retirement than exercise and diet. Thanks Joe! (and sorry my man... with your wife on the headband).
